Message	They both are the same spec as a USDM auto VG: smaller cams and .48 A/R exhaust housings. 280hp at the FW is what these engines put out. Factor in 15% drivetrain loss (238 rwhp) add a few hp for your mods then factor in some wear and tear and you get 232 rwhp. I suggest you do a compression and leakdown test to see how healthy the engine is.
